Two cultures. Shared possibilities.
Closer cultures.
Deeper
understanding.
We connect Iran and China through language, learning and shared cultural resources.
Rooted in Tehran. Open to the world.
01 — Our purpose
Language is more than words.
It is how we meet.
Too often, Persian and Chinese meet through a third language. Meaning travels a little further, and nuance can slip away. We are working towards a more direct connection — with careful teaching, useful tools and the people who know these cultures best.
02 — A practical bridge

04 — Better, together
Bring your perspective.
Help shape the bridge.
Are you a translator, teacher, developer or cultural organisation? Your experience can help make a translation more precise, a lesson more useful or a connection more meaningful.
We are planning to open-source parts of this work. For now, we would love to hear what you could bring — or what we could build together.
Let’s work togetherA conversation is a good start.
What could we
do together?
Tell us a little about yourself and what brings you here. A partnership, a question, an idea for a better resource — we are listening.

A few things worth knowing
Before you say hello.
Is the IranChina app free?
Yes. The Persian–Chinese app is free to use, with vocabulary, review tools and introductory learning content. It is available for Android through Cafebazaar and as an installable web app for iPhone and iPad. The interface is currently in Persian; account and installation requirements apply.
Can I contribute to your work?
We welcome experienced translators, teachers, developers and people interested in cultural exchange. Choose “Partner or contribute” in the form and tell us about your experience and interests. Open-source work is planned; we are not announcing a public code repository yet.
Can I join a Persian class now?
Persian classes are being planned. You can register your interest and tell us about your language background and goals. An enquiry is not a course registration, and no start date is being promised.
